Pam Kiecker Royall, Ph. D.

Head of Research, EAB Enrollment Services

Pam Royall has 25 years’ experience in higher education as a professor, researcher, and marketing strategist. Trained as a consumer behaviorist and statistician, Pam’s considerable experience has allowed her to refine and leverage her ability to ask the right questions to uncover what matters to students and their families, as well as alumni and other institutional stakeholders 

As Head of Enrollment Services Research, Pam leads our efforts to survey prospective students, enrolled students, and alumni, as well as other key stakeholders/influencers including parents and high school counselors. She has held this post since 2003. In 16 years, Pam has surveyed more than one million students on their beliefs and concerns about higher education, and delivered results from nearly 500 surveys for our partners. The customized research programs that Pam leads at EAB provide timely and valuable information to guide strategic planning and decision-making for our higher education clients—in both admissions and advancement.
