Madeleine Rhyneer

Madeleine leads enrollment consulting at EAB. As vice president of consulting services, she supports current and future partners as they seek solutions and best practices to succeed.

Madeleine brings a rich portfolio of admission, financial aid and marketing communications experience to her role. Her expertise places her in a unique position to advise on the interplay between these three key elements of enrollment success. Madeleine’s passions are building high-functioning enrollment teams, collaborating with faculty members, the strategic use of financial aid to achieve revenue goals, building and implementing student and family communication plans, and serving first-generation, diverse and low SES students and parents. Her utility player skills make her a powerful consulting voice, as does her Gallup Coach certification.
