Kayla Laughton

Kayla Laughton is a Research Analyst at EAB working on best practice research studies. Since joining EAB in 2022, she has worked on research projects focusing on IT and DEIJ work. Prior to joining the firm, Kayla worked as an HR payroll coordinator for a home care company. Kayla is currently working on a best practice research study on minority student retention.

Outside of work hours, Kayla enjoys yoga, bike riding, and doing food tours around the DMV.
