Allison Ray Akalonu

Director

Allison Ray Akalonu leads EAB’s Transfer Portal technology delivery and consulting team and works closely with a team of engineers to prioritize the product roadmap, feature iteration, and release schedule.

In her work with higher education institutions, Allison provides strategic consulting and tactical guidance on how to optimize the use of data and technology to improve enrollment objectives and institutional outcomes for transfer students.

Allison previously worked at Achieving the Dream, leading efforts with community colleges across the country to scale innovative solutions and effective policies to improve outcomes for all students.

Outside of work, Allison enjoys traveling, cooking + eating, and spending time with friends and family.
