My ONLY disappointment is that Dr. Parulekar is available at this office only once a week. Scheduled appointments in advance are not a problem but I imagine that I would not be able to see her if I required more immediate attention for a health issue.

This was a routine 6-month follow-up visit. There are no problems scheduling routine appointments.

Dr. Parulekar, was fine, however, the system is not satisfactory to me and I am considering switching practices. I ... the practice is so huge it's very hard to get through, to talk to anybody, your phone system is crazy. I get calls from the hospital about appointments that I've already had telling me to make an appointment and all the big bureaucratic things that happen. I can't say I'm satisfied.

Dr Parulekar and her entire staff are attentive, helpful and make each visit completely comfortable. They all give me the amount of time I need to ask questions, always spend the time to answer and explain thoroughly and I never feel rushed or of little consequence at any of my appointments.
