Please read before putting the items on Reserves.
In response to COVID-19, the Mt. SAC Library is TEMPORARILY providing RESERVES online.

Faculty can put an item on RESERVES by:
1.  Reading/completing this form in its entirety.
2.  Printing the completed form. If you are unable to print this form, please write out on a piece of paper: name, Mt. SAC email, department-course, and the item's title, author, edition, ISBN.
3. Including the completed form (or piece of paper) with the item you are putting on Reserves. To keep the item and information together we recommend putting the item with the completed form in a sealed envelope.
