23-24 Annual OSS Volunteer Responsibility Agreement
We are very grateful for your time and excited to have you join our school community as a helper and support adult. By reading each block of text and hitting "understand and agree" you will be expected to uphold the expectations of a healthy, safe,  responsible visitor . Health - Please do not come to the school with any symptoms of cold or flu or any kind (fever, cough, congestion) *
Safety - I will sign in at the Henry Street / Front office area and agree to wear a visitor badge at all times in the building. *
Responsibility - I will speak in a respectful way with all students and refrain from touching students to guide their movement  *
Responsibility - Only adult volunteers are permitted in the building , no preschool or infant siblings or older students.  *
Responsibility - CONFIDENTIALITY is critical. Anything you see or hear in the building from students or adults cannot be understood in full context and cannot be repeated to others. Particularly sensitive is the status of some students in special education programming.  *
Responsibilties - Identifiable PHOTOS can not be taken of student faces or work that reveals names. (if you are class historian, photo exclusion names will be given to you )  *
Responsibility - Teachers are very grateful for your help with projects, parties, events and would be more than happy to discuss your child through email, phone or conference set for this purpose at a different time. Your visit as a volunteer is not intended for that. Please respect this.  *
