This form will be used to collect information to add your details to the waiting list to join Bristol Invicta Rifle Club. You will be contacted when we have our next open evening, this lasts about 1.5 HRS and covers the Range Safety & Range Rules.

DATA PROTECTION
The Club complies with the General Data Protection Regulations, and the Club’s policy can be obtained from the Honorary Secretary. To avoid unnecessary costs the Club needs your explicit consent to contact you and to hold, process, and disclose details relevant to your application and membership. By completing this application form you are agreeing to this. The information held is purely that which is relevant to your Membership, and disclosure of such information is normally restricted to the Club’s committee.
There are certain exceptions to this:

1. To generate membership lists for subscriptions and attendances, and to record payments
2. To supply details of ability, either by class or average, to third party league and competition organizers
3. To supply information covered in the statutory and rule of law definitions in the General Data Protection
Regulations and the Data Protection Act, which are exempt from the non-disclosure rules. Currently these only
apply to our obligation to notify Membership and attendance figures to the Police Authority.
You are entitled at any time to request details of any personal data held by the Club. A nominal fee may be payable for such a request.
