These one-hour long sessions are intended to bring understanding and inclusion in the Rapid City community around the Black Hills Powwow. Each one hour session will include a presentation by former Miss He Sapa Win, Sabrina Pourier, about the basics of attending a wacipi (pow-wow), an overview of different dance styles, an opportunity to see regalia up close and learn about the construction, and reserved seating for all participants.
