Contemplation and discussion of nature in Spanish
Wednesdays from 9:30am-10:15am on the lawn at Sachem’s Wood

This is a 4-session series (9/20, 9/27, 10/4, 10/11) that takes place up until October Recess. Attendance at every session is not required.

All Yale community members are welcome. Those with an intermediate, advanced, or fluent level of Spanish would benefit from these sessions.

No meditation experience needed. Our contemplative activities will be short, and there will be time for discussion.

We’ll have a picnic blanket and a tarp we can sit on, but depending on turnout it might not be sufficient. That said, if you have your own blanket, yoga mat, or something that you want to place on the ground to sit on, you can bring that with you. If you feel more comfortable in a lawn chair, rather than being down on the ground, that also works.

If you fill out this form, you will receive meeting reminders. Joining the email list also ensures that you get any important info/updates; for example, should there be rain or inclement weather, you will receive a Zoom link for that day’s session.

This event series is sponsored by the Yale Department of Spanish and Portuguese.
