Please fill out this form BEFORE you attend tryouts. Here is some information:

-Tryouts on April 19th and 20th at 4:15pm-6:15pm
-The season concludes on June 11th.
-Varsity will play 1 or 2 games during the week and practice the other days generally at 4:15pm (Sundays off)
-JV/JVC will play games on Saturdays and practice the other days generally at 6:45pm (Sundays Off)
-Be prepared to practice at 6:45am on a handful of days during the season.
-If you make a roster spot then you must attend ALL basketball related activities during the season.
-If you make a roster then your basketball shoes must match school colors.
