Thank you for your time to share your thoughts. This survey is NOT FOR SIGNING UP, but for planning purposes. Project Homeless Connect KC wants feedback from our volunteers, specifically to share their opinions on comfort levels for the 2021 PHCKC annual event, considering the ever-changing COVID-19 pandemic. Our Steering Committee remains committed to following CDC guidelines at the time of the event to maintain safety while serving a population desperately in need.

Two things we plan on implementing to adjust for safety:
- Requiring PPE and social distancing following CDC guidelines
- Keeping volunteer shifts shorter
