Real-Time and Online Training

Learn the Teaching Tools

Instructor-facilitated and on-demand technology training for using Canvas, Zoom, Panopto, and other tools to support online teaching and learning is available. Visit the Information Technologies Training website to browse and register for these sessions.

Advance Your Online Teaching

Attend a workshop to learn best practices and strategies for teaching online, efficiently and effectively.

Streamline Your Work 

Learn how to use Microsoft Teams and other tools to communicate and collaborate effectively while working from remote locations. 

Digital Solutions

An interactive, virtual Teams introductory training session is available to learn the basics including streamlining work processes and communication.

Walk-up ITS support is closed indefinitely, but around-the-clock Northeastern tech support is still available for faculty, students, and staff. For technology questions or assistance, contact the IT Service Desk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
