For his sophomore album, David Jamison assembled a jam band with some of Philly's finest (Stephen Mitnaul - saxophone, Nick DiGiacomo - guitar, David Criswell - keys, Clayton Carothers - drums). Each track on this album reflects the spirit of collaboration, connectedness, and just plain old good vibes that Jamison sought to cultivate during the two-day, ten-hour recording session. Featuring dynamic vocalists Elle Gyandoh, Dain Saint, RC, and Asha-Lé Davis, "Late Bloomer" is a jazzy, funky, bluesy project that hearkens back to decades past.
