Welcome back to the Road to Flourishing. In this episode, Wellbeing Intern Armita Mirkarimi ‘25 sits down with Sid Babla, Wellbeing Program Coordinator at the Student Wellness Center. They speak about how to notice the habit loops when we are stressed. In other words, we’re learning how to stress better. We go through three different scenarios to map out how we can break the habit of stress.
