46 Medical Schools With the Highest MCAT Scores

MCAT top scorers flock to these schools.

Taking the Medical College Admission Test, known as the MCAT, is one of the first steps in applying to medical school. Among aspiring doctors who wanted to start their medical education in fall 2019, applicants to some medical schools could submit a score from either the old or new MCAT test, though the majority submitted scores from the newer test introduced in 2015. At other medical schools, a score from the new MCAT is now mandatory. The maximum possible score is 528 under the current MCAT. Among the 46 medical schools with the highest MCAT scores, the typical student had an average score of 517. Here are the 46 schools where students scored the highest on the updated exam.
