June 4, 2024 - "Exploring Leadership Development"
In the belief that Leadership skills are universal and not relegated to any particular organization, Excelsior has teamed up with the Grand Lodge of New York's Leadership and Educational Services Team to form a new training program called the Masonic Leadership Academy. The program is based upon the teachings of Dr. John C. Maxwell,  an internationally respected American Pastor, motivational speaker, leadership expert, coach, and best-selling author. In May 2014, Maxwell was named the No. 1 leadership and management expert in the world by Inc. Magazine.

At 7:00 PM on June 4th, join Ill. Richard J Powell, 33°, Ill. Robert G. Siebold, 33° & Ill. William Edwards, 33° with their "Exploring Leadership Development"

The Excelsior Team will lead you through an introduction to the John Maxwell book, Developing the Leader Within You 2.0:

First released in 1993, John C. Maxwell’s now-classic work revolutionized the way leaders are made. By examining the differences between leadership styles, Maxwell outlines principles for inspiring, motivating, and influencing others from any type of leadership position—including as a business executive, a church leader, a teacher, or even a parent. In this thoroughly revised and updated edition, Maxwell includes two new chapters to include the leadership insights and practices he has learned in the decades since the first edition so that you’ll receive everything you need to take a significant step in your leadership journey.

The Team will briefly discuss the chapters on INFLUENCE, PRIORITIES and CHARACTER. Join us for this introduction and then schedule a full session for your Valley!

Sign up here to receive the link for the session. The program will begin at 7:00 PM. The link will be emailed to you during the week leading up to the session.
