CYO Scholarship Program

Your online forms must be submitted to the CYO Office no later than the following deadlines listed by sport below. 

Scholarships for Girls Flag Football and Track & Field will be awarded by March 29, 2024

Note - complete registration prior to applying for a scholarship.  
Important - Do not pay at the time of registration, indicate that you will be paying by check. 

 The Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) believes that every child deserves the opportunity to participate in youth sports. With this in mind, we are proud to offer the Participant Scholarship Program for families in need of financial assistance. Through the generosity of our sponsors and contributions to our Solidarity Fund, we are able to offer scholarships that defer the cost of registration and fees for CYO activities.     

Please register the participant(s) and indicate that you will be paying by check.  
Please complete the Participant Scholarship Application and submit for consideration. If you are awarded a scholarship, the balance owed will be reduced by the scholarship amount and if there is a remaining balance, you can log back in and make payment for the reduced amount.

  • Tackle Football - August 11th CLOSED
  • Boys Flag Football - August 11th CLOSED
  • Volleyball - August 11th CLOSED
  • Cross Country - August 11th CLOSED
  • Basketball - October 27th CLOSED
  • Track & Field - March 22th CLOSED
  • Girls Flag Football - March 22th CLOSED

In addition, each student applying must commit to attending at least 80% of all practices and games, while new CYO parents must attend the mandatory Parent Like a Champion meeting before the child's season. All applications will be reviewed and scholarships will be awarded based on need. Please be aware that not all applicants may be awarded scholarships due to limitations of funding. If you have any questions, please contact the CYO Office at 913-915-0139.
