Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid Blended Learning The Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course incorporates the latest science and teaches students to recognize and care for a variety of first aid emergencies such as burns, cuts, scrapes, sudden illnesses, head, neck, back injuries, heat and cold emergencies and how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies to help victims of any age - adults (about 12 years and older) and pediatric (infants and children up to 12 years of age). 6 days prior to the date of the in-person class, students should receive an email from the American Red Cross with instructions on how to access the online material(must be completed) in order to attend the in-person session. Students who successfully complete this course will receive a certificate for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED valid for two years. Please bring a copy of your online completion certificate to class.

First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor-BL This course will train instructor candidates to teach basic-level American Red Cross First Aid, CPR and AED courses. To participate in this course, you must possess a current basic-level American Red Cross Adult CPR/AED (or higher level) certification or equivalent and be at least 16 years of age on the last day of the instructor course. Upon registration, it is important that you review and follow the directions on the e-mail attachment sent with your registration confirmation. This is a blended learning course consisting of online content, a precourse skills session and classroom segments.6 days prior to the date of the in-person class, students should receive an email from the American Red Cross with instructions on how to access the online material(must be completed) in order to attend the in-person session. Online material must be completed prior to attending the classroom activities. For more information, please reference the attachment you will receive via e-mail when you register for this course.
