Dr. Carl Zangerl, Lead Faculty

Carl Zangerl is the Faculty Director for Graduate Communication and Human Resources Management programs and the Lead Faculty for the Master of Science in Corporate and Organizational Communication. In addition to assuring the delivery of a top-notch learning experience for students, he teaches courses in communication assessment, strategic messaging and communication networks, and the program’s experiential capstone course.

Dr. Ed Powers, Professor of Practice

Ed Powers is Professor of Practice within the Master of Science in Corporate and Organizational Communication (MSCOC) program. He oversees the Public and Media Relations concentration, having developed its core curriculum, and teaches such courses as Introduction to Public Relations, Public Relations Writing Seminar 2, and Crisis Communication.

Experienced in building strategic marketing programs, leading and mentoring teams, building consensus. International speaker on various technologies and marketing strategy; quoted in Boston Globe & national trade publications.
