On December 30, 2022, Utah submitted a request to amend the Medicaid Reform 1115 Demonstration to provide state plan covered physical and behavioral health services in an integrated model through a contracted local mental health authority. The federal comment period will be open from January 13, 2022 through February 12, 2022.
