Kickstart Communities Fellowships support West Virginians to gain the skills needed to find their voices as leaders and step up to make positive change in their communities.
Applications for the 12-week, virtual Champions for Change Fellowship will open the day of the info session (May 19). Join us at this event to learn more.
*This session will be recorded, and the recording will be emailed to all people registered for the event. If you cannot attend the event, please register to receive the recording.*
In the Champions for Change Fellowship, participants learn how to lead effective meetings, build community teams, create and facilitate events, resolve conflict, prioritize group projects, and build positive relationships both within internal teams and with external partners.
Are you ready to make a difference in your community? Connect with like-minded West Virginians and gain the foundational skills needed to make a difference with the Champions for Change Fellowship.
During this info session, we will:
- Hear from The Hub staff about what you can expect to achieve through the fellowship, timeline, and how to apply for the 2022 cohort
- Hear from a past fellow about their experience with the fellowship and what skills/tools they took away from the program
- Learn how the fellowship can combine with other Kickstart Communities program services to create a community leadership journey
