TAF Scholarship Submission

TAF Scholarship Submission

Undergraduate and Graduate architecture students may now apply for the Texas Architectural Foundation (TAF) 2024-2025 Scholarships.

The TAF offers two types of scholarships, Designated and Competitive. Designated scholarships are only available to UT Arlington CAPPA students for the next academic year. Three Designated Scholarships are available for 2024-2025.

Competitive Scholarships are open to all architecture students in the eight accredited schools of architecture within Texas. These scholarships require an outstanding portfolio as the recipient will be evaluated against the best architectural design students in the state. Sixteen Competitive Scholarships are available for 2024-2025.

Please read the criteria for both the Designated and Competitive Scholarships closely. Eligibility for each scholarship differs such as Undergraduate and/or Graduate Architecture students, county of residence during school graduation, or US citizenship.

Tip: Many AIA chapters sponsor scholarships to be awarded to a student that graduated from high schools in the Texas counties that they serve. If you graduated from high school in Abilene, Amarillo, Corpus Christi, El Paso, Waco or regions in Texas such as Northeast Texas or West Texas, you have an advantage if you target those scholarships on your application.

All scholarship materials must be submitted by 11:59 pm on Tuesday, March 26, 2024.
