Details

Cope and Connect is a virtual skills group that teaches tangible skills for cultivating resilience and flexibility to manage stress, anxiety, and connection. Three key components of this group include mindfulness, distress tolerance, and identifying and building on strengths. Students will learn skills to stay flexible in the present moment, to better tolerate distress when feeling overwhelmed, and to respond to stressful situations in ways that are healthy and adaptive.
