I was really pleased and impressed by the oil-fired boiler service received today. Andy, the service engineer, was courteous, efficient, very thorough and obviously seemed to take pride in doing a good job. Not only that, but he arrived on time when he said he would!
I will certainly be using Craggs Service again and would recommend to others. (ND, Blackshaw Head)

We had an oil service with Neil who was very professional and friendly. He noticed the lid on our oil tank had been left open and that water had been allowed to get into the space between the inner and outer tank. He said this could cause the inner tank to float and get damaged if it became light. He suggested that we have it drained. He came back two weeks later and on a horrible rainy day drained lots of water out of the tank. The lid is now locked! Very happy with the level of service.

What a Gem Craggs have in Neil. He put himself out for me this week, making a special effort to attend our boiler breakdown knowing it was an urgent matter. He. is without doubt a tremendous ambassador for Craggs.

Just had a visit from your technician Neil Spencer to service our church boiler. He did an excellent job (he usually does!) Neil explains the problems if found, in layman’s terms, making my job much easier to explain to others later.

This company just straight up lies to its customers.
Reliable deliveries it says on its website.
They give you a time slot, yet never delivery within it.
I've been waiting 2 days for a 1000l of red diesel.
Been given 2 time slots now and it still hasn't arrived.
Spoke to them and all I get is, a manager will phone you with a another time slot.
JUST TELL ME YOU CANT MAKE IT THAT DAY INSTEAD OF HAVING ME WAITING AROUND.
creggs wont be getting my business again.

I had a big problem no fuel although I had booked a delivery had problems getting it too me due to back log of orders.
I called and pleaded for help sure enough a delivery arrived 7.30 next morning.
