To share computer audio (mp3, video clip, YouTube, etc.) Zoom screen sharing:
1. Click "Share Screen"
2. You will see a pop-up window where you select your desktop or application
3. Click the check box in the lower left that says "Share computer sound"
(If there is an "Advanced" tab you can select "Music or Computer Sound Only".)
Screenshare mode will then play all computer sounds to the audience
