Student Activities Assistant II, TRIO Upward Bound Forest Park Campus
The TRIO Student Activities Assistant is responsible for providing clerical, administrative, and project support to the TRIO department. They maintain a current knowledge of appropriate college and academic policies, processes, and procedures to assure efficiency and integrity of the office. The Student Activities Assistant manages front desk operations, performs word processing, maintains databases and files, tracks data, budgets, and expenditures, schedules appointments, orders supplies and equipment, processes the mail, answers the phone, compiles information for reports, and provides information about TRIO student programs and events.

TRIO Talent Search Advisor Forest Park Campus
Serves students in the TRIO Talent Search program, a federally funded grant that assists underrepresented middle and high school students graduate from high school and enroll in post-secondary education. Assist individuals who have not completed high school or college to reenter and complete secondary and postsecondary education. Talent Search Advisors work in area middle and high schools and provide advising and mentoring, assist in course selection, assist students and families in applying for federal financial aid and scholarships, and assist students in identifying and applying to post-secondary institutions. Advisors also plan and implement cultural enrichment activities, college tours, organize the summer program and implement special activities for sixth, seventh, and eighth graders.
Executive Director, IT Infra & Tech Services Corporate College
Performs the duties necessary to implement strategies to promote the IT organization’s mission and vision. Directs, develops, and manages the IT infrastructure, support, and operations teams, including the budget and planning processes. Directly manages the Technical Services team, Network Engineering team, and Server Administration team. Creates complete IT business plans for the attainment of goals and objectives set by the Leadership Team (LT). While it may be assigned specific day-to-day processing duties, the expectation of this position is to be skilled in the ability to perform all basic enrollment processes necessary to support the admission, registration, and retention of students through completion of educational goals.
