JAKARTA, March 3 (Xinhua) -- Floods triggered by heavy rains and rising waters of the Batang Nango river after a 6.1-magnitude quake in Nagari Kajai village of Pasaman Barat district in Indonesia's West Sumatra.

Floods hit 12 sub-districts and 22 villages of Banten Province following extreme rainfall on Monday night, causing five deaths, according to the police on Tuesday.
