Wolves Pick up Road Sweep over Hawks

ROME, Ga. - The University of West Georgia Tennis team picked up their second conference win of the season on Wednesday after a 7-0 sweep over the Shorter Hawks. UWG (6-9, 2-7 GSC) dominated on nearly every court as West Georgia finished off Shorter (2-10, 0-9 GSC) in straight sets in all six singles matches. The Wolves began the match by taking the doubles point after the duos of Karla Menendez/Luna Mouton and Callie Stanfield/Perrine Blachon won their doubles matches, 6-2 and 6-4.
