App controls not accessible for the blind
The buttons are not labelled in an accessible way, rendering it unreadible to a screen reader. A screen reader, like VoiceOver on the iPhone, provides audio feedback of text, controls, and other items, making it possible for the blind to read and interact with an app like this. The unlabelled buttons make it impossible to navigate purposefully. I activated the emergency button to ER24 several times by accident, while attempting to return to the diabetes glucose display.
If the developer will add alt text to the buttons, this app will prove very beneficial to blind persons suffering from diabetes.
