Bright Spot: Talent and treasure

Rochester, N.Y. — Our bright spot shines on a big donation of books.

All 303 students at CP Rochester and Happiness House received copies of "Choosing You."

It was written by local authors Tamara Bruno-McCarthy and Kyle Marie Loeffler.

The mother-daughter team collaborated on the work, which shares the story of family through poetry and art.

They hosted a virtual book reading Friday: a bright spot of sharing talent and treasure.
