Government Contracting

There are many things to consider in whether to go after an award for a contract or not.

This workshop will provide tools to conduct a solicitation review to make a "GO" or "NO-GO" decision.

You will be guided by a former federal contracting officer who has issued hundreds of solicitations and knows first hand not all solicitations are a fit for ALL.

You will have the opportunity to work through a sample Federal solicitation for services.

We will identify details of a solicitation and focus on the:

  • Importance of READING the entire solicitation
  • Key factors
  • 3 forms to support the "GO" or "NO-GO" decision

Our goal in this workshop is to make sure you are not surprised after contract award of missed terms and conditions.
