Remaining Vigilant to Stay Healthy
Asynchronous Wednesdays
Remember, all staff members will be available throughout the day on Wednesdays but because the building is closed and staff is working remotely, the best way to reach us is by email.
Attendance
Picture Day Update
The rescheduled picture day for Cohort B will be held on Friday, November 6th during the school day. Students in Cohort D will have the opportunity to participate after the school day between 4:00 and 5:30 on November 6th.Students in Cohort A who were either absent on the last picture day or who were attending remotely in Cohort D may also participate with Life Touch between 4:00-5:30 that evening.
If you plan to participate with Life Touch after school on the 6th, please call our main office by the close of school on Tuesday, November 2nd to RSVP. At the time of your call, you will receive an appointment time.
All orders should be conducted to online through the Life Touch link on the HBS homepage. Orders should be completed prior to your photoshoot.
The Life Touch photographer will be set up in the gymnasium. Please park your vehicle in the parking lot and walk to the back of the gym where you will find two exterior doors facing the baseball diamond. We will use one back door to enter the gym and a second door to exit. All masking and social distancing guidelines will be in place during the event. Students may unmask only to take their photo.
Life Touch has not scheduled a picture retake/make up date at this time.
Cohort D Assessments ASAP
With Report Cards right around the corner, it is vital that students in Cohort D complete the iReady assessments for literacy and math by the end of the day on Tuesday, October 27th. Please remember that these assessments are to be conducted independently by students once you assist them in signing in.
Thank you for your attention to this very important detail.
