Hadassah Magazine Discussion: Loss, Grief, Healing -- The Journey
Join us on Thursday, September 8, 2022, at 7 pm ET/ 4 pm PT, when Hadassah Magazine Executive Editor Lisa Hostein moderates a discussion on moving from profound sorrow to meaningful healing in advance of a new Jewish year. Panelists will include Pulitzer Prize-winning author Kathryn Schulz, whose recent memoir, "Lost & Found", weaves the story of her beloved father's death with one of meeting the love of her life; Rebecca Soffer, CEO and co-founder of the influential resource "Modern Loss", whose "The Modern Loss Handbook" offers some of the wisdom gained by the experience of losing her parents at a young age; and writer Hope Edelman, whose most recent work, "The AfterGrief", is her sixth title, beginning with the No. 1 New York Times best seller "Motherless Daughters", that examines the universe of sorrow and healing.
