Testimonials by both listeners and guests

Mastering Agility is a great podcast with a good host. His questions are really powerful. Especially the episode with Christiaan and Johannes was very valuable in my own context!

Edwin Burgers Agile coach at Practical Agile

I’ve had the opportunity to be interviewed by Sander on topics ranging from agile to mental health. He created space, listened and contributed to provide the best experience for not only the audience, but also for me. Time flies by when I’m speaking with Sander – a good sign of great conversation!

Sander is a great podcast host because he asks questions to serve the audience and bring the best out in the guest. He is not there to show off his own knowledge. He also isn’t afraid to challenge a bit to provoke an interesting conversation.

Maarten Dalmijn Head of Product at Rodeo

Sander has put together a wide range of true agilists that all take a pragmatic approach rather than sticking to theory. Podcasts with topics that trigger out-of-the-box thinking with respect to agility ranging from human-oriented to F1-oriented agility even.

Epameinondas Anastasiou Scrum Master/RTE at ASML

It does not matter what the topic is, as long as it is about Agility, Sander knows how to master the conversation. I love how the questions challenge the guests to speak what is on their minds. I enjoyed being there as a guest about self-organization and I also enjoy listening to all his podcasts. it truly helps me to master agility

Sander is a great host. I really like how he askes practical questions, questions that popped up in his experience while working with the teams. This gives a lot of value to the listener.  We don’t only get some theory about Agile but some real use cases on how to deal with our problems!

Maria Chec Agile State of Mind

Being a guest on the Mastering Agility podcast was a great experience. Sander is a great listener, which makes him a great interviewer. This felt more like a deep conversation with a colleague rather than running through a list of questions, which is what I prefer.

I love Sander’s podcast! I might even say that I’m in love with them from the very first listening 😍. All episodes bring not only valuable context but also a lot of fun. The podcast is a fantastic solution for those who want to increase knowledge but don’t have time for reading! But, of course, if you are a reader, I can guarantee you that you will not be bored at all 😃.
