Digital Ticketing

Header

K-State Athletics has transitioned exclusively to digital ticketing for all general seating, giving you a convenient and flexible way to cheer on the Wildcats.
When purchasing season or single-game tickets, you have the option to select one of two digital ticket options:
  • Print-at-home: You can print your tickets on an 8.5x11 sheet of paper. If you later choose to convert your tickets to mobile tickets, your print-at-home ticket barcodes will be voided and will show as an invalid scan on gameday.
  • Mobile: You can save your tickets to your Apple or Google Pay wallet. It's important to do this before gameday. Do not wait until you are at the stadium when cell service and wi-fi can be difficult to access.

You will receive an email to your email address on file with links to either your print-at-home PDF files or your mobile tickets, which can be downloaded and saved to your phone.

You can also access your tickets through the official K-State Sports app and your MyAccount2.0 page found here. You'll never accidentally leave your tickets at home again!

Digital tickets are tickets delivered via email with links to either print-at-home PDFs or mobile tickets which can be downloaded and saved to your pone's wallet.

  • Digital season tickets are emailed no later than one week prior to the first home game.
  • Digital single-game tickets are emailed to you immediately after your purchase. You will receive two emails after your purchase — one will include links to your tickets and the second will be your order confirmation email (does not include tickets).
  • For print-at-home tickets, you will receive one email with one PDF link per event. All tickets for the same event will be in one PDF. (For example, if you purchased four tickets, all four tickets will be in one PDF attachment.)
  • Print each ticket on it's own sheet of 8.5x11 paper. Make sure the bar code prints clearly.
  • This is a valid ticket. Make sure you protect it like you would any other ticket. Each ticket contains a unique barcode that is scanned at the event. If any copies are made of the ticket, only the first scan of the barcode will be allowed entry. If a unique barcode has already been scanned, the attendant will be alerted and entry will not be permitted.
  • If you decide to convert your print-at-home tickets to mobile tickets, and if you transfer your tickets to friends or family, your print-at-home ticket barcodes will be voided and will scan as invalid on gameday.
  • For mobile tickets, you will receive one email with one mobile ticket link per event. All tickets for the same event will be in one mobile link. (For example, if you purchased four tickets, all four tickets will be in one link.)
  • Download each mobile ticket to your Apple or Google Pay wallet. It's important to do this before gameday. Do not wait until you are at the stadium when cell service and wi-fi can be difficult to access.
  • This is a valid ticket. Make sure you protect it like you would any other ticket. Each ticket contains a unique barcode that is scanned at the event. If any screenshots are made of the ticket, only the first scan of the barcode will be allowed entry.
  • If you transfer your tickets to friends or family, your barcodes will be removed from your digital wallet.
  • You will need a printer if you select the print-at-home option.
  • If you select the mobile option, iPhone users will have the option to download all tickets into their Apple Wallet. Android users will have the option to download all tickets into Google Pay.
  • Make sure you have used the correct email address.
  • Check your junk mail folder.
  • Make sure that your spam guard and junk mail settings allow you to receive emails with attachments.
  • Be sure to add our email address, tickets@kstatesports.com, to your list of trusted email addresses.
  • Please allow at least one hour for your single-game tickets to arrive.
  • Please note season tickets will be sent out no later than one week before the first home game.

Please call 1-800-221-CATS (2287), email tickets@kstatesports.com, or visit the Bramlage Coliseum ticket office from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Parking passes are printed passes and will be mailed to your address on file.

We highly recommend downloading tickets to your phone’s mobile wallet at least 24 hours before the game. Another benefit of adding your tickets to your mobile wallet is in the event of a date or time change your tickets will automatically adjust to the new event date or time.

You can present a valid photo ID at any ticket window to have your ticket reprinted.

Tickets are easy to transfer. See above. You can purchase multiple tickets and transfer them to your guests easily so that you can arrive at different times.

Yes, all of your tickets can be saved to your phone's wallet.
