KOKE-FM announces Texas Music Network’s cancellation of KOKEFEST 2023, August 4th & 5th at Adam Orgain Park in Hutto, TX. 

Ticket holders will receive an email notification with refund instructions.

Ticket holders can expect a refund within 2-3 weeks once the refund has been initiated. Most funds appear in attendees' accounts within 5-10 business days, but some institutions may take up to 30 days to reflect the returned funds.  Please contact your financial institution for their specific policy.

Sponsors, food trucks, and vendors will be contacted by event representatives directly. 

TICKET REFUND FAQ’S 

• Q:  Should I hold on to my ticket in case the event is rescheduled?
  A:  Unfortunately, we do not have plans to hold KOKEFEST in 2023 so there will be no need to hold on to your ticket.

• Q:  Will my ticket be refunded?
  A:  Yes, all tickets purchased for this event will be refunded in full. If you added ticket insurance or gave a donation during your purchase, that will be refunded as well.  We appreciate your patience as we work to make this happen.

• Q:  When can I expect my refund?
  A:  You will receive a notification email letting you know when your refund has been initiated.  Most financial institutions will reflect the refund 5-10 business after initiation.
  

• Q:  How will I see my refund?
  A:  The refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
