Crea-re Studio offers a wide range of paper mache lighting. Name of the brand derives from creation, creativity “CREA” and from recycling “RE”. It means that we focus mainly on the process of creation, creativity of our ideas and on the recycling of unwanted objects.
Each project is unique – we concentrate on making a small series of items, which number is limited. Choosing our brand you know that you will have something truly original.
Many of our projects are made from recycled materials: like lamps made from unwanted newspapers, lamps from clips. We are against disposing of things. Crea-re gives a second life to the objects.
Our design is 100% eco-friendly. We use only water-based varnish and beeswax finish in our wood products. Lamps designed by Crea-re require only ecological – energy-saving led sources of light.
All our products are hand-made in Spain, with high quality materials and fine terminations.
We believe that properly designed interiors have a positive impact on our mood and state of mind.

I was able to pick the lamps up from her workshop in Barcelona where she explained how she made them. Absolutely unique and wonderful touch to the room. Highly recommend and love the sustainability and natural materials with which its made.

4 out of 5 starsCool looking lamp that is well made. However, the real color is very different from that of the photo. Much brighter yellow in person, not a huge fan of the color. The shop owner was very nice however and provided excellent customer service when I told her that I didn't like the color. Thank you so much Maria!

What kind of light bulb should I use?
Our paper pulp lamps are designed for use with LED bulbs only which are safer than the energy saving bulbs because they don't contain Mercury.
Pendant lamps recquire the bulb with max. 20 Watt, it is totally safe then. The 20 Watt LED bulb makes as much light as 100 Watt incandescent traditional bulb. Normally we use 60 Watt incandecsent bulb to illuminate our spaces, which is an equivalent of 11 Watt LED bulb.
With desk lamps you can use LED bulbs with max. 10Watt.
We suggest to use LED bulbs with warm white color - this color looks more natural than the cold white and is more similar to the color of traditional bulb.
Our lamps require bulbs with E27 ending, wall lamps like Organic Sconce require bulbs with G9 ending.
How can I clean the lamp?
You can clean our lamps with a dry brush or with a vacuum cleaner set at the lowest speed.
How much time it will take you to prepare the lamp?
All of our lamps are made for order. I will need around 2 weeks to prepare it for you.
