Registration Details

• Registration Opens: Monday, April 15, 2024
• Registration Closes: Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at 11:55 PM PST
• Registration Fees:

- Cadet Students: $395.00

- Cadet Cadre: $395.00

- Senior Staff: $195.00

To Register for Encampment:

1. Prepare Required Forms: Have your required forms completed, signed, and ready to upload before beginning your registration. You will not be able to save your work mid-session.-

For All Members:

- CAPF60-81 (Application for CAP Encampment or Special Activity) - Requires Squadron Commander's signature.

- CAPF160 (Health History Questionnaire)

- CAPF161(I) (Emergency Information)

For Cadets Under 18:

- CAPF163 - Must be completed in addition to all items above.

2. Student Requirements:

• Must be of C/Airman grade or above at the time of registration.
• Must have approval from your Squadron Commander.
• Understand that access to personal mobile phones will be restricted during the encampment.

3. Scholarship Applicants: If you are receiving a scholarship, send your scholarship confirmation to ctg@cawgcadets.org or paula.urbom-shope@cawgcap.org (Major Urbom-Shope, Encampment Finance Officer) to request a registration code before registering.

4. Incomplete Information: If you need to provide more details for your registration (e.g., the driver’s name and phone number), proceed with registration and update the information as soon as possible. Instructions for updating your registration will be in your confirmation email.

Important Information

• Acceptance Notifications: A packing list and reporting instructions will be sent via email. Check your CAWG email regularly and your spam/junk folders.

Refund Policy

• Deadline for Full Refund (less $10 processing fee): June 4, 2024
• 50% Refund (less $10 processing fee) available: June 5, 2024, to June 15, 2024. After this period, refunds are not available unless approved under special circumstances by the Encampment Commander and Finance Officer.
• No Refunds: For no-shows on the first day without prior notification. All refunds will be processed within five weeks post-encampment.

Additional Notes

Transportation: Complimentary transportation is provided between Camp Roberts and the Paso Robles Amtrak Station.
