About Us
The Chinese Association of Science, Education and Culture of South Florida (CASEC), is a non-profit, non-religious, and non-political organization.
CASEC promotes science, education, culture, and well-being of its members in South Florida.
The primary areas of operations of CASEC include Palm Beach County, Broward County, Miami-Dade County, Monroe County, and Martin County in Florida, in the United States of America.
CASEC was established in 1994 by local Chinese American professionals.
Today CASEC has grown and become the largest Chinese American organization in South Florida. CASEC members
are from many fields and a variety of backgrounds, from professionals in academic teaching and research, industrial R&D and management,
finance, law practice, to successful business entrepreneur. Members also include Chinese students and local Americans in the greater
South Florida area. Since 2001, various clubs have been also established to enrich members’ daily life.
Our Mission
- To organize local Chinese in participation of activities in American society and to increase profile of Chinese professional in their respective fields.
- To strengthen the ties between the local Chinese community and China and between the local Chinese community and the rest of the American societies by improving communication in the fields of science, technology, and business.
- To offer to exchange professional information and develop friendship among members and promote and preserve Chinese culture.
