Shipping rate is calculated from merchandise subtotal (less discounts, if applicable) and does not include tax or purchases of gift cards. Valid on only one shipping address per order. Promotion not valid on express shipping. Promotion not valid on international shipments. Not valid for cash. No shipping adjustments on previous purchases. Offer is non-transferable. Birdies reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time.

Free returns + exchanges

If you're not completely satisfied with your shoes, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date, and we will cover the shipping label for all returns and exchanges in the U.S. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Promotions are special offers we make to all our customers. They are valid for select merchandise, while supplies last, and for a limited time only. Prices and quantities may vary in store and online. In store discounts will be taken at the register. Some promotions have coupon codes that must be entered at checkout to receive the discount. Note that you can only use one coupon code at a time. Discount codes are a one time use and cannot be used again. Discount codes are not eligible on sale and final sale items.

Birdies promotions may not be combined with any other discounts or promotions, other than in-store promotions that do not require a specific coupon or authenticated code.

Birdies shall determine the order of applying the discounts and promotions at our sole discretion. 

    • - All items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange. Discount codes are not eligible on any sale items. 
    • - No adjustments will be made to prior sales.
    • - Coupons may not be redeemed for cash or transferred in any way.
    • - Purchases made with a coupon or a promotion code are not eligible for a price adjustment.
    • - Not valid toward purchases of gift cards.
