Cesar Chavez Elementary is a Spanish immersion public school serving the Davis community and over 500 students grades kindergarten through sixth grade for more than 30 years. SIPAT, the school's parent-teacher association, plays a critical role in the continued success of our school.
On March 4, 2023 SIPAT will hold a Gala Dinner and Auction event. Funds raised will be used to support ongoing programs, services, and equipment, including library, classroom materials, cultural education workshops, school assemblies, art enrichment programs, parent education workshops, and physical education equipment. Each child at CCE will benefit from the programs this event funds.
How can you help? We are looking for sponsorship to support SIPAT and the event (which will garner tremendous community support!). Submit your sponsorship here.
Sponsorship levels:
Platinum ($500): your logo listed as an "event sponsor" in (1) half sheet of auction booklet, (2) auction slideshow, and (3) SIPAT website, Facebook page, and newsletter
Gold ($300): your logo listed as an "event sponsor" in (1) quarter sheet of auction booklet, (2) auction slideshow, and (3) SIPAT website, Facebook page, and newsletter
Silver ($200): your logo listed as an "event sponsor" in (1) business card in auction booklet, (2) auction slideshow, and (3) SIPAT website, Facebook page, and newsletter
Bronze ($100): your logo listed as an "event sponsor" in (1) name listed in auction booklet, (2) auction slideshow, and (3) SIPAT website, Facebook page, and newsletter
Sponsor a teacher ($50): you will sponsor one teacher/staff to attend the Gala/Auction event. Your logo will be listed as a "teacher sponsor" in (1) name listed in auction booklet, (2) auction slideshow, (3) SIPAT website, and (4) SIPAT Facebook page

Learn to knit! (or paint, etc) - An afternoon on AAA date hosted where kids can learn a craft and bring something home

We can't make this special event happen without your help!
In addition to volunteers to help during the event, we are also looking for volunteers to help solicit donations, create a slideshow and music play list for the event, catalog donations, and thank our donors.
