  • Advanced Placement Tests
  • Field Trips
  • Associated Student Body (ASB) Fees
  • Pre-College Exams (PSAT/SAT/ACT)

  • Running Start Books and fees

Instructions:

Step 1: Submit online application for PayPams The application comes translated in several languages.

Step 2:  Once approved, please bring a copy of the F/RL approval letter into main office so your student can begin to receive reduced fee benefits.  The school district does not inform the main office when your student is approved for free and reduced meals.

Procedures for Early Dismissal– Students who need to leave early should bring their parental note (which should include your signature and phone number) to the Attendance office upon arrival at school.  Parent’s needing to retrieve their students for an appt. should call the Attendance office at 206-252-3684 or email the Attendance office directly at halehs.attendance@seattleschools.org as soon as possible.  Since the Attendance office Secretary is usually at lunch from 1-2pm, retrieving students at the end of the day is not always successful and can be chaotic.  Calling early in the morning or as soon as you know that student needs to leave, yields the most accurate service.
