Dear Parents:

We hope this email finds you well and enjoying the summer break. We are in the process of planning for our Aftercare and Funtracks programs for the 2020-2021 school year.

Aftercare and Funtracks will be structured differently this year to ensure the safety of all students and staff.

-Aftercare hours
3:15pm-5:00pm Monday-Thursday
2:00pm-4:00pm Fridays

-Students will be grouped with multiple ages and grades

-All groups will maintain social distancing procedures and children will be required to wear masks

-There will be no “drop in” Aftercare this year

-Pre-registration will be required in order to adequately staff Aftercare

-A yearly commitment of days/hours needed

-There can be no refunds for unused days

-Funtracks will be offered virtually
4:30pm-5:30pm Monday-Thursday
