Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child in the Martin County School District Voluntary Prekindergarten Program for the 2023 - 2024 school year. Registration for the VPK Program will begin Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at 8:00 am.

The 540 Hour VPK Program is offered from 7:40 am - 10:40 am at the following school sites:
Bessey Creek Elementary (BCE)
Citrus Grove Elementary (CGE)
Crystal Lake Elementary (CLE)
Felix A. Williams Elementary (FAWE)
Hobe Sound Elementary (HSE)
JD Parker Elementary (JDP)*
Jensen Beach Elementary (JBE)
Palm City Elementary (PCE)
Port Salerno Learning Center (PSLC)*
Warfield Elementary School (WES)*

A wrap-around program is offered from 10:40 am until 1:50 pm for a fee of $270 per month (subject to change.)
*School sites marked with an asterisk offer full day program without an additional fee and are subject to additional enrollment criteria.

VPK Program site enrollment is in accordance with Martin County School District zoning guidelines. Parents may apply for a VPK space at the school site their home address is zoned for. Please see the chart below for those schools that do not house a VPK classroom.

Registering for the MCSD VPK Program is a multi-step process. The first step is applying for a space at a school site online followed by an in person appointment with Patricia Little at Salerno School House (3940 SE Salerno Rd, Stuart, FL 34997) to complete school district forms and furnish a copy of the following documents:

1. A current VPK voucher issued by the Early Learning Coalition of Indian River, Martin & Okeechobee Counties (ELCIRMO.) Vouchers can be obtained online at https://familyservices.floridaearlylearning.com/ or by calling 877 220-1223 x 260 for an appointment. Please begin the process of obtaining a voucher as soon as possible if you have not already done so.
2. Your child's birth certificate.
3. TWO of the following items to show proof of residency in Martin County:
- FPL, Cable TV, or Martin County Utilities Bill
- Property Tax Bill, Warranty Deed, Lease Agreement, Mortgage or Driver's License/State of
Florida Identification Card
*Please note that the address on the above two items of your choice MUST state a Martin
County address.
4. State of Florida Physical Record issued by your child's pediatrician.
5. Immunization Record (Please note that the physical and immunization records do not have to be current for registration but MUST be up to date prior to staring school on August 10, 2023.
