Biography

2019-20 - Shorter didn't appear in any tournament before the season was cut short due to the COVID-19 cancelations... One of five women golfer's to earn MIAA Academic Honor Roll status. 

Prior to Southern - Shorter prepped at Grove High School where she was a four-year letter winner for coach Richard Bassett and the Ridgerunners ... A high school teammate of fellow Lion Tabitha Morrow, Shorter helped her team to two Regional Championships in 2019 and 2019 and a third place finish in the State Tournament in 2018 ... The Ridgerunners won a conference championship in 2019. 

Personal - Shorter is the daughter of Matt and Amanda Howard and plans to major in dental hygiene at Southern.
