MT. SAN JACINTO COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT 28237 La Piedra Road, Menifee, CA 92584 Room 3026 3:30 PM Any member of the public who wishes to speak before the Board must complete a Public Participation form prior to the meeting. Late arrivals will not be permitted to speak. (Forms are available at the speaker's table located in the 3000 Building lobby). In accordance with Board Policy 2350, members of the public who wish to address the Board on matters within its jurisdiction have a three-minute time limit per person. The Board may reduce or extend the time limit. The Board may ask a group to select a spokesperson and may limit the number of speakers on a particular topic unless the proposed speakers are addressing different concerns. Members of the public wishing to attend may do so in person at the location noted above or via the YouTube streaming link which is listed in the agenda. Public participation is only available at the physical location. The meetings are also recorded and are available as a public record.
