WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority granted in Education Code Sections 70902 and 76403, the Governing Board has determined that a local COVID-19 vaccination/testing program shall be developed and implemented for the Mt. San Jacinto Community College District;

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Governing Board of the Mt. San Jacinto Community College District hereby directs and delegates to the Superintendent/President, or designee, the authority to carry out this Resolution and develop a District vaccination/testing program that will facilitate the protection of the faculty, staff, and students who participate in District educational activities.
