Three Step Checklist to Graduate and Celebrate

Apply for your degree

• Go to MyWSU
• Select “tasks” from the student homepage
• Select “apply to graduate”
• Application closes TBD

Register to walk in the Commencement Ceremony

• You MUST register separately to participate in the Commencement ceremony
• Registering to attend is NOT the same as applying to graduate. This is what reserves your seat for the big day!
• Please note – only majors are read and displayed at Commencement (not minors or certificates)
• Registration opens August 19th.

Order your regalia

Early bird ordering Aug. 19 – Sept. 13th
Regular pricing dates Sept. 14 – Nov. 8
If you are ordering after the deadline, there is an increased cost to ship!
