Gaming IRL Registration
In a partnership with UNCW Esports and IBECHS students, we are creating a 2 week summer program with the goal of cultivating soft skills through team-based gaming. We hope to harness the elements of team-based video games to develop soft skills such as leadership, communication, critical thinking, sportsmanship, and self-awareness. Games might include Rocket League, League of Legends, and more.

The program will be held from June 1st to June 11th. There will be a synchronous session full of both learning and gaming from 2pm-5pm, with an optional gaming session at 6pm for those interested. Sessions will be organized with the goal to develop soft skills through video games. We plan to invite speakers, invite coaches, and plan many fun activities to embody these skills. We encourage participants of all experience levels to participate - from no gaming experience to hard-core players!
